STROHM and MOFÉM were acquired by FLOW BATH HOLDING through a Management Buy-Out (MBO), backed by private investors and international banking partners

HERITAGE B has successfully completed the divestment of its bathroom business, Strohm Teka, through a Management Buy-Out (MBO). In this transaction, the company’s leadership team takes full ownership, backed by private investors and its international banking partners, which reflects strong market confidence in both the business and its current management.

The management team, with over 20 years of experience in the bathroom industry, has played a key role in Strohm Teka’s steady growth since its carve out from Teka in 2018. Under their leadership, the business activity has grown by more than 60% over the past six years, establishing itself as a key player in bathroom solutions in its core markets Spain and Hungary, as well as internationally.

The transaction ensures business continuity, as ownership remains with a team deeply familiar with the company, its culture, and its competitive landscape. The transfer of ownership was carried out in a spirit of mutual trust and alignment between HERITAGE B and the new owners, ensuring a smooth transition consistent with Strohm Teka’s long-term strategy.
The arrival of new private partners strengthens the company’s financial positionand marks the beginning of a new chapter focused on driving further growth,innovation, and expansion in existing and new markets.
